Coordinate customer complaints with all related plants, sales and all related party to deal with customer issues to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and minimum company’s loss in Schaeffler Group. Position Data职位信息 Qualification资格(what kind of person is qualified in this position什么人可以胜任该职位) Critical Competency 关键的能力 - Communicative, Arguing, Convincing and Moderation - Know well in ISO/TS 16949,8-D method, statistic method - Excellent English knowledge - Be a team player - Good communication skill - Good PC application skills (MS office) - Flexible, readiness for traveling inside China. Required Education Experience 教育背景及工作经验 - Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, metallurgy, engineering or automotive/industry manufacturing. - At lease 3 years related working experience or above - Automotive or Industry related experience desired. Tasks任务 (description of main tasks主要任务描述) Coordinate complaints with all related plant, sales and all related party to deal with customer service issue(focus on automative parts compalint handling) Make initial justification for customer complaints and warranty cases. Review of root cause analysis report or 8D report from production plant. Establish and maintain warranty database in the region, to support sales for TF negotioation with customer. Visits of customers, collection received returned parts, input the claimed parts data into to database. Prepare wa
