Brief Analysis of System Guarantee of Chinese Land and Resources Marketization Distribution 1.CAI Yun-ji 2.ZHAO Lian-rong School of Humanities and Economic Management, CUGB, Beijing, P.R.China, 100083 Abstract Land and resources are the material base of the country’s existence and development, are also the basic condition for people to produce, work and other activities. The abundance, combining status, the function of resources and the ratio of world gross resources have a profound effect on the country’s strength in economy and politics and the prospect of development. The scientific distribution, exploitation and use of land and resources will affect the sustainable development of the whole economy, and are also basic source of economic development. The paper analyses the current situation of our country’s land and resources, and points out some main problems, and gives some measures to solve these problems to accelerate distribution marketization of land and resources. Land and resources marketization distribution has its own theoretical foundation and have been widely practiced in the western countries, whose market are well developed. The paper emphasizes that we must strengthen system building and provide some system guarantee for marketing in the process of land and resources marketization distribution.
