ZHANG Yan-gu College of Computer, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, 310027, China Provincial Key Lab. for Computer Information processing Technology in Jiangsu, Suzhou University, Suzhou, P.R..China, 215006 School of Computer, Wenzhou Normal College, Wenzhou P.R.China, 325027 Abstract Generalized computing is a new kind of intelligent computing systems, which combines symbolic intelligence and computational intelligence (including neural computing, fuzzy computing and evolutional computing) together. By introducing generalized computing into knowledge management, this paper presents a kind of knowledge decision-making model, and a kind of control model of enterprise knowledge flow. Key words Generalized computing, Knowledge management, Enterprise management 1 Introduction Along with 21 century comes, the tide of knowledge economy surges over. Knowledge economy is a new economic phase after industry economy develops highly. In the new economy system, knowledge is not one of the production resources in parallel with person with ability, capital, and ground, but one and only meaningful resource. The enterprises, taking root in knowledge soil, has being grown rapidly in past ten years. The concept of knowledge management has been formed gradually. The research on knowledge management system is expanded flourishingly. The research organization of knowledge management comes into existence in every government, university, multinational company and academy, such as IBM Academy of Knowledge Management, Great Wall Institute of Enterprise Stratagem in China. Up to now, wealthy research achievements in theory and practice have been obtained in knowledge management [1~6]. However, in the research of knowledge management there are some deficient aspects as following. (1) It is absent that the organic fusion in management and information. (2) Besides single function and inconvenient usage
