... III:Presentation
1 Read, listen and say.
Listen and find the words about feelings.
Listen again, choose the correct words and write down.
Read more and more.
Point and say: He feels... /She feels...
2 Poem
Have the students look at the picture and describe it. ( a birthday party where the birthday girl has been given a book and she looks happy )
Play the spoken version of the poem and get the students to repeat the words.
Try to recite the poem. IV:Practice
Extend the game by doing these mimes in pairs.
e.g
A: Youre hungry.
B ( pats stomach )
A: Youre thirsty.
B ( puts tongue out )
A: Youre happy.
B ( smile )
A: Youre sad.
B ( cry )
...
