Key points: To master the functional sentences.掌握重点句型 Difficult points: To talk about the shopping experience in simple English (simple past tense).用一般过去式表达购物经验 教学方法及教具: Teaching and practicing Multimedia and Recorder 教学反思: 作业或思考题: 1. Ask the students to read the dialogue. 2. Exercises of Unit 5 in workbook 课时授课计划(副页) Step One Warming up I. Give the students time to look at the picture at the first page of Unit 5. And discuss the following questions: 1. Where are they? 2. What are they doing? 3. What’s in their hands? 4. Do you know some word about clothes in English? Ask each group to write down the words on the blackboard. II. listen and match 1. Ask the students match the pictures with the words in the box. 2. Ask the students to listen to the recorder and repeat. Step Two Listening Practice I. Ask the students some questions: 1. What do you often wear in summer? 2. Where do you usually buy your clothes, at supermarket or shopping centre? II. Ask the students to listen to a dialogue and do exercise 4 at page 60, then Check answer. III. Learn the key words and sentences. Step Three Speaking Practice I. Listen to the recorder and repeat the dialogue. II. Ask the students to read the dialogue in pairs. III. Then ask them to act out the dialogue in pairs. Step Four Talk about shopping experience I. Ask the students to work in pairs and do exercise 8 at page 62. Give an example to talk about shopping experience, and lead them to read the sentences. (pay attention to the simple past tense: buy—bought 买) II. Ask the students follow the example to make a dialogue in pairs. III. Group in four and choose a lead
