湖南商学院学年论文 PAGE 第 PAGE 1 页 共21页 旅游业与低碳经济的关系研究 ?????????????????? —以长株潭两型社会试验区为例 [内容摘要]在气候问题备受关注的国际大背景下，从《京都议定书》到“巴厘岛路线图”，世界各国都在为解决气候问题而努力，低碳经济的概念应运而生。它不仅是人类为保护地球提出的新口号，也是后工业时代人类追求健康生活，实现可持续发展的最终目标。低碳经济是一种新的发展模式，是我国建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会，实现可持续发展的重途径。旅游业作为第三产业的重要组成部分，应成为低碳经济的有机组成部分。建设低碳社会，发展低碳旅游是长株潭两型社会的当务之急。旅游业的可持续发展必须实行低碳经济，低碳旅游与可持续发展的目标是一致的。文章介绍了国内外低碳经济、低碳旅游、两型社会的研究情况，随后就旅游业与低碳经济的相互关系进行阐述，得出低碳旅游是旅游业可持续发展的关键，最后以长株潭为例，对如何发展低碳旅游提出了自己的对策与建议。 [关键词]低碳经济； 低碳旅游； 两型社会； 可持续发展 [ABSTRACT] In the climate of concern in the international context from the Kyoto Protocol to the Bali road map countries in the world all working hard to address climate issues, low-carbon economy Di Gainian emerged.
