民办高校兼职教师管理探索 ——以TY 学院为例 课程与教学论 专业 研究生 胡晓曦 指导教师 刘先强 摘要 随着社会发展对技术人才需求的日益迫切,职业教育迅速受到了 市场的欢迎,这时民办高等职业教育应运而生,并且在短短的几年内蓬勃发 展。民办高等职业教育目前已经走过了成型阶段,它的迅速发展带动了教师 队伍不断扩大,师资构成日趋多样。由于缺乏教师队伍建设的发展规划和机 制,致使民办高校教师队伍建设进展迟缓,阻碍着其健康发展。 本文以 TY 学院为例,就民办高校的兼职教师队伍建设做些探讨,并通 过对民办高校兼职教师现状的调查分析,指出兼职教师队伍存在的结构问题、 流动问题、心态问题、职业技能问题、管理观念问题和管理措施问题。为加 强民办高校兼职教师队伍管理,完善民办高校师资队伍建设的措施,促进民 办高校兼职教师队伍的健康发展提供可资借鉴的经验。为此,笔者尝试性地 提出借鉴国外经验,健全用人机制,强化保障与激励,加强监督与约束等建 设一支稳定的、高质量的民办高校兼职教师队伍的基本建议。 关键词 民办高校 兼职教师 管理 The Exploration on the Management of Part-time Teachers in Private Colleges Taking TY College as an Example Curriculum and Teaching Theory Hu Xiaoxi Abstract: With the increasingly urgent demanding for technical personnel for social development purpose, the Vocational Education has been quickly welcomed by the market in which the Private Higher Vocational Education was born and flourished in just a few years. Now it has gone through the formative stage and its rapid development has resulted in continuous expansion of the teaching faculty as well as the diversity of the faculty structure. However, in the absence of well-established planning and mechanisms of teaching faculty development, the faculty construction of Private Higher Vocational Colleges has been progressing very slowly, which has blocked its healthy development. In this paper, the author explored the part-time teachers in current private colleges, mainly through the investigation and analysis of part-time teachers in one of those private vocational colleges named TY, aiming at finding out the problems of part-time teacher construction
