When he gross error exis in measuremen da a, he reliable es is conduc ed on he observa ion da a of arc mul iple poin s by da a snooping me hod and he accuracy analysis is also made.This experimen is based on an assump ion ha only abou 1P2 or 1P4 circular arc can be seen under cons ruc ion, hen a series of da a is mea- sured and simula ed, he appropria e gross errors are joined in a poin coordina es and made group combina ion for gross error de ec ion, and f inally he reasonable significan coeffcien values are ob ained. This es indica es ha smaller gross error can be elimina ed in 1P4 circular arc, bu no for 1P2 arc as he poin error no more han hree imes of square error. Bu all of he gross error(one, double or reble of square error) almos can be discov- O O ered by da a snooping me hod.The me hod has cer ain reference meaning o he ac ual da a processing.
