殊教育 特殊教育與輔助科技半年刊 特 National 高級中等以下學校特殊教育課程大綱現況之初探 與 民104年12月 第13期 第60-64頁 Taichung University 助科技 輔 60 高級中等以下學校特殊教育課程大綱 現況之初探 黃智斌 王欣宜 臺中市北新國民中學 國立臺中教育大學 特殊教育學系 摘 要 教育部於2008 年開始著手編訂新的特殊教育課程綱要，並於2011 年公布後開始 試行 。本文除了對新課綱的基本理念與目標、內涵與特色做一描述外，也以文獻分析 的方式，探究特教新課綱的實施現況與問題，並據此提出相關的建議供教育行政機關、 各級學校單位與特教教師做參考。 關鍵字：特殊教育、特教新課綱、融合教育 The Status and Implementation of Newly Revised Curriculum Guidelines of the Special Education Chih Pin, Huang Hsin Yi, Wang Taichung Pei Hsin Junior High School Department of Special Education National Taichung University of Education Abstract The Ministry of Education in 2008 began to compile newly revised curriculum guidelines of the special education as well as implemented it in 2011. The text not only makes a description about the basic idea of its outline and objectives, content and features, but also with literature analysis method to explore the current status of implementation and problems. Then the researcher makes recommendations for educational administration , school and special education teachers. Keywords: special education, newly revised curriculum guidelines of the special education, inclusive education. 壹、前言 展趨勢，目前高級中等學校以下約有 94 郭為藩 （1993）曾指出當國家的教育 ％的身心障礙學生安置於普通學校接受
