Application of 3.0T MR imaging in advanced gastric cancer of diagnosis and preoperative T stagingABSTRACTPurpose Analysis of advanced gastric cancer 3.0T MRI image characteristics, to explore the value of magnetic resonance for preoperative diagnosis and T stagingof gastric cancers，and to explore the accurateness of 3.0T MRI in preoperative Tstaging of advanced gastric cancer.Method Thirty-five patients of gastric cancer confirmed with gastroscopy underwent，3.0T MR unenhanced and dynamic contrast enhanced scan and DWI functional imaging before operation. Analysis of all advanced gastric cancer patients with image，for all MRI image T staging，MRI T staging results were compared with pathological T staging results with conformity test.Result 3.0T MR can clearly show the accurate site of advanced gastric cancer, the range of lesions, the degree of infiltration and the relationship between the adjacent organs.35 cases patients of advanced gastric cancer with gastric wall thickening was uneven, thickness about 7.7mm-38.3mm. 35 cases patients ofadvanced gastric cancer in T1WI sequence for slightly low signal，26 cases patients inT2WI sequence for equal or slightly lower signal，and 9 cases showed equal or higher signal. Dynamic enhanced MRI include two enhancement ways，respectively irregularenhancement (24cases)and hierarchical reinforcement(11cases).35 cases patients in DWI for higher signal. when patients serous infiltration that serous membrane surfacefuzzy coarse，and with T1WI dual echo the low signal between gastric wall andperigastric fat was interrupt，adjacent organ invasion, perigastric fat clearance fuzzy disappear. Assessing the staging of advanced gastric carcinoma in MRI, the accuracy for T2 was 91.43% (32/35), T3 was 85.71(30/35),T4 was 94.28%(33/35),and the totalaccuracy was 85.71%(30/35).Conclusion 3.0T MR can accurate diagnosis of advanced gastric cancer, Provide a scientific basis for the clinical treatment.
