AbstractAscontinuedgrowth-ofthenetworkbandwidthcapacityandincreasingneeds of individualusers,howtoimprovethelevelofnetworkintelligence,andthenenhancethe valueofacurrentpipeline,becomethekeyissuesoperatorsneedtosolve.Inrecentyears, therapiddevelopmentofinternetstrengthenedoperators’capacityofthenetwork bandwidth.Intermsofaccessnetwork,thebandwidththeusersaccessedcontinuously improvedfrom512kbit/s,2Mbit/sto8Mbit/s.withthearrangementof“opticalaccessfor replacing copperaccess”,fixednetworkis generallypossessedwiththeaccesscapabilityof 20Mbit/s,andregistering100Mbit/stohouseholdisthenextdevelopinggoalofnetwork bandwidth.WiththegradualintroductionofLTE,mobileaccessnetworkwillbeableto provide100Mbit/ssharedbandwidth,accessingtotheeraofmobilebroadbandinternet. Theimprovementinoperators’networkcapacityprovidedstrongsupportforcarryingout thewholebusinessoperationinadeep-goingway,andpromotedconstantemergingof richerinnovativebusinesses,especiallytheemergingofnewapplicationsandnew operationmodels,takingmobileinternetandintegrationofthreenetworksasthetypical representative.Theimprovementinoperators’networkcapacityprovidedstrongsupport forcarryingoutthewholebusinessoperationinadeep-goingway,andpromotedconstant emergingofricherinnovativebusinesses.Theemergingofnewapplicationsandnew operationmodels,takingmobileinternetandintegrationofthreenetworksasthetypical representative,proposedhigherrequirementsandtechnicalchallengestothenetwork operators,whichmainlypresentedinthesharplyincreasedbandwidthdemands,providing qualityassurance asrequired, improvinginteractive experience, strengtheneduncertaintyof thedatatraffic’sflowdirection,etc.Underthiscircumstance,networkoperatorsshould improvetheintellectualityofthenetworkonthebasisofenlargingandwideningthe network,soastorealizeintelligentresourcematchingspecifictouserneedsandbehavior, transferringnetworkfromtraditionalextensivechanneltointelligentchannel,supporting developmentofnewbusiness,aswellasproviding userswithflexibleexperienceas requi
