哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文AbstractSince 30CrMnSiA steel has good comprehensive performance，it is widely used in aviation field. However, because of the high carbon equivalent, big harden tendency and the large cold cracking sensitivity of welded joint, the processing technology must contain preheat technology, after heat technology and heat treatment technology, which will badly reduce the production efficiency. Laser- MAG hybrid welding has deep penetration and low heat input ability. Through the welding of 30CrMnSiA steel of 8mm,crackings can be found at the end of the weld. Thus, this paper investigates on the formation cause of the cracking and then put forward proper methods suppressing the cracking.Through observation, it was found that the cracking location was at the end of the weld, and the crack direction was along the longitudinal direction of weld. Using OM and SEM, we found that it was solidification cracking and the crack tip was obtuse. The microscopic details of the dendrite can be seen on the smooth fracture surface, which belongs to the typical features of solidification crack. So, the crack can be judged as solidification crack.During the solidification process, there must be chemical inhomogeneity caused by crystallization segregation, which will lead to the appearance of the phase with low melting point. So, the solidification cracks always occur at these positions. In this paper, it was found that there were some discontinuous films between the two adjacent column crystals. The EDS results showed that there was gathered sulfide on the films, which lead to the solidification cracks.The formation causes of the solidification cracking in Laser-MAG Welding of 30CrMnSi steel were studied from the point of view of mechanics.
