AbstractQueueing theory is definitely a great important application stochasticprocess,whiletheGI/G/1queueingsystemisthemosttypicalandimportantmodelamongallofthesystems.Theresearchforwaitingtimedistributionisof greatimportanceintheanalysisprocessofqueueingsystems.Thus,thestudyofthewaitingtimedistributioninaGI/G/1queueingsystemisvaluable.Thispaperisorganizedasfollow,thefirstchapteristheintroductionof basicknowledge.Hereweintroducethedevelopmenthistoryofqueueingtheory, theresearchpresentationofthisfield,theframeofqueueingmodelsandtheresearch presentation ofGI/G/1queueing system. In chapter 2, we presentsometypicalqueueingmodels,afewofimportantprobabilitydistributionsand stochasticprocesseshavebeenintroduced,italsocanbeseenasthepreparation ofthewholepaper.Thenchapter3isthemainpartofthispaper.Weprovideanew method for solving the waiting time distribution inGI/G/1queueingsystem,whichiswiththestartofLindley’sintegralequation,usingtheproperties ofqueueingsystemandthemethodofintegratingbyparttogivethetwoother usefulformsofdistribution.Besides,weusethetechniqueoftransformand complexvariablewiththepropertiesofconvolutionandanalyticfunctionandthe methodofspectrumfactorizationtogivetheLaplacetransformofthewaiting timedistribution.Then,wecansolvethewaitingtimedistributionwiththe invertingtransformoftheLaplacetransform.Inthelastchapterwetransformthe problemofwaitingtimedistributionwhichisWeiner-Hopftypeintosearching fortheansweroflinearequations,atthesametimewediscusstheconvergence andthecomplexitybyusingiterative.Finally,asanexample,weprovideseveral typicalmodelstocheckthismethod,andtheresultshowsthatourmethodis availablewithbetteraccuracy,efficiencyandcaseofimplementationwhilethe approximatingerrorcanbecontrolledindemand.KeywordsGI/G/1queue; waiting time distribution; convolution; Laplacetransform;numericalapproximation目录摘要......................................................................................................................IAbstract...............................
