The associations between protein expression of Gli1 and occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma ,the depth of myometrial infiltration and lymphatic metastasis, pathological type , histological grading ,ER and PR expression .It was to search the reliable tumor marker for diagnosis ， recurrence monitoring,therapeutic effect and prognosis judgment of endometrial carcinoma ,and to provide molecular biological evidence for the gene therapy of endometrial carcinoma．Method：(1)The methods of immunohistochemistry were utilized to examine protein expression of Gli1 in 60 endometrial carcinomas (including 47 type Ⅰ endometrial carcinomas, 13 type II endometrial carcinomas) ,30 normal endometriums . The associations between Gli1 expression and patient’s clinicpathologic features were evaluated．(2) The methods of immunohistochemistry were also utilized to examine protein expression of ER,PR in 60 endometrial carcinomas (including 47 type Ⅰendometrial carcinomas, 13 type II endometrial carcinomas). The associations between Gli1 and ER,PR expression were evaluated．Result：The immunohistochemistry result showed in 60 example endometrial carcinoma specimen the rate of Gli1 intensive expression is 76.67%(46/60), in 30 example normal endometrium specimen the rate of Gli1 intensive expression is 13.33%(4/30).The Gli1 expression had significant differences between the tumortissues and normal endometrium(P0.05).The significant positive association was found between intensive expression ofGli1 and depth of myometrial infiltration,histological grading and lymphatic metastasis. there were no associations between the intensive expression of Gli1 and pathological type.The signifi
