GLP-1 与 2 型糖尿病患者心血管风险的相关性研究中文摘要目的 ：研究 2 型糖尿病患者血清 GLP-1 水平与心血管风险之间的相关性。 方法：收集 119 例 2 型 DM 患者临床资料（性别、年龄、身高、体重、腰围、臀围、 腰臀比、血压、吸烟史）。留取静脉血检测其生化指标（甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低 密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、Apoa、Apob、LPa，空腹及餐后 2 小时血糖、血清胰 岛素、C 肽、糖化血红蛋白等）并应用 ELISA 法检测血清 GLP-1 水平。119 例 2 型 糖尿病患者血清中的 GLP-1 水平和心血管疾病的风险之间的相关性的统计分析使 用 spss 13.0 软件。所有数据经正态性检验，用 x ±s 表示。非正常分布数据以中位数表示（最小 - 最大）。正态分布群体之间的变量比较采用独立样本 t 检验，多组间均数比较采用单因素方差分析的统计分析。结果：将研究人群按空腹血清 GLP-1 水平高低分为 4 组，结果发现随着空腹 GLP-1 下降 Framingham 十年心血管风险有增加的趋势（p0.05），空腹 GLP-1 水平最低 组，Framingham 十年心血管风险评分最高。结论：空腹 GLP-1 水平与 Framingham 十年心血管风险呈现负相关趋势。关键词：GLP-1, 2 型糖尿病，心血管风险；Study the relationship of the serums GLP-1 levels and the risk of cardiovascular in 119 cases of type 2 diabetesAbstractObjective: Study the relationship of the serums GLP-1 levels and the risk of cardiovascular in 119 cases of type 2 diabetes.Method：Clinical data of 119 cases of type 2 diabetes (height, weight, waistcircumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio, blood pressure) and peripheral vein blood samples were collected. Biochemical detections (Triglyceridemia ， Cholesterolemia，Low-density lipoprotein，High-density lipoprotein, fasting and2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels, serum insulin and C peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin) were also collected.
