Variable Energy X-ray Scanning and ImagingTechnology AbstractDigitalX-rayimagingtechniqueuseX-photonhigh-penetrationcharacteristicsofthe material, can achieve the non-destructive testing of the work piece aboutinternalstructureand defect,whichisanimportantmeansofproductqualitytesting.Butthekeycomponentsinthe aerospaceindustryareusuallywithfeaturesofnon-regulargeometricshapeandcomplex internalstructure,whenX-raysactontheseworkpieces,becauseoflargedifferencesofthe thicknessofworkpiecethroughdetecteddirectionandlimiteddynamicrangeoftheimaging system,scatteringandotherreasons,resultinginthephenomenonofasinglescanimagebloomingandwithoutinformation，the internal structure and the flaweffective detection ofthe work piece can not be achieved through the Single Radiographic image.Thispaperaccordingtocomplexstructureandshapeoftheworkpiecefortheproblem ofX-raydetection，basedonwithoutchangingthephysicalcompositionofrayimagingsystemthevariableenergyX-rayscanningandimagingtechnologyisproposed.First, analysisthebasicprinciplesofthevariableenergyX-rayscanningandimagingdetection technology,establishtherelationalmodeloftherelationshipbetweengray-voltage- thickness,accordingtothemodel,setthevoltageandadjustmentstepandrange,byX-ray machinetubevoltageoptimalregulation,inordertogaintheX-rayimagesequenceoftextual gradientrayenergies;Second,fordifferentrayenergiestheproblem ofthetreatmentofimage fusion,basedonthebestgrayzonecombinedwithgray-voltage-thicknessmodel,theeffectivedatasubsetofextraction、weighted、fusionalgorithmisproposed,thusachieverayimagesofdynamicrangeextendedandhigh-qualityX-rayimagedetection.Finally,thepaper byanalysisthestepbarandenginecylinderheadspecimenvariableenergyscanimaging detectiondatatoverifythefeasibilityandeffectivenessofthevariableenergyX-raydetection method.Keywords:X-raydetection,Variableenergy，thebestgrayzone,dynamicrange,graph fusion录第1章绪论..............................................................11.1课题提出背景、来源和意义..........................................
