7.1 Rules Concerning Employee Conduct in Working Areas.
Do not smoke in or around the restaurant.
Do not shout in or around the restaurant
Do not wear flashy or excessive jewellery.
Do not lean against the walls or slouch.
Never ague with a guest.
Never leave the restaurant without informing your supervisor.
Do not invite personal visitors or encourage personal telephone calls.
Do not run in the restaurant.
Do not chew gum in or around the restaurant
Do not group with your fellow colleagues in the restaurant.
Do not carry out a conversation in your language in front of a guest.
Keep your uniform clean and correct at all times.
Wear the right footwear at all times.
Keep your work area neat and tidy at all times.
Always report on time (5 minutes earlier and in uniform) for work.
7.2 Rules Concerning Interaction with Guest.
Be courteous and friendly with the guest at all times.
Look after guests, keep eye contact with them.
Do not conduct any personal business with the guest.
Never go to a guest room.
Do not shout or argue with a guest.
Do not socialize with guest even after working hours.
Gifts from guests are to be taken out of the promises only with the written approval of the Food Beverage manager or his assistant.
Any gift in the form of liquor or alcohol from guest is to be turned over to the Food Beverage manager or his assistant.
