AbstractAbstractPsychological contracthasattracted enormousattention inmanagement researchandpractice.Whenanewemployeejoinedaneworganization,hewouldsign awrittencontractwithhisemployer.Atthesametime,hewillalsoformanimplicit expectationabouthisjobandthecompany,whichisnamedpsychologicalcontractin manyresearchliteratures.Itmeansthattoemployeesperceptionsofwhattheyoweto theiremployersandwhattheiremployersowetothem.Psychologicalcontractis playing an increasinglyimportantrolein contemporaryemploymentrelationships.It has greateffectsonthejobsatisfactionandworkbehaviorsofemployees.Withtherapid developmentanddynamicchangesinmostChineseorganizations,thepossibilityof psychological contractbreachhasincreasedin recentyears.Psychological contract breachwillleadtovariousnegativeworkbehaviorssuchaslowcitizenshipbehavior, lowjobsatisfactionandperformanceandincreasingofturnover.Allofthesereasons makethegoodmanagementofpsychologicalcontractanimportantfieldforresearchers and managers.Thisstudyaimsatseveralaspects:exploring thestructureandinnerrelationshipsof employeepsychologicalcontractinChinesebusinessorganizations;understanding thecognitivegapbetweenthecontentofpsychological contract from the perspectivesofemployeesand organizations.especiallystudiesthedifferenceof Contract Psychologicalbetween labour servicestaff andformal staff.In order to do research,based on existingstudies ,weconstructed aquestionnaireofpsychologicalcontract.Thesamplecamefromchinamobilecompanyofchengdu. Usingconfirmatoryfactor analysis,Correlation Analysisandregression analysis ,wedid empiricalresearchbasedondatacamefrom469availquestionnaires.Theresults indicatedthat:theorganizationoftheresponsibilityofthestaffconsistsoftwo dimensions,namelythesecurityresponsibilitiesandtradingresponsibilities,thestaffof theorganizationsresponsibilityonlyonedimension,alsofoundthattheresponsibility oftheorganizationandtheresponsibilityofthestaffhadanotableimpactonattitudeof thestaff.Atthesametimewefoundthatformalstaffandlabordi
