摘要本文在介绍仓储作业系统和物流系统仿真的基础上，结合 Flexsim 物流仿真软件， 用三维仿真方法模拟出仓储作业系统过程，并通过直观的仿真结果输出找到系统存在的 瓶颈并予以优化。本文首先介绍了仓储的功能及其在物流管理中的作用，仓储设施及装备，以及仓储 系统作业流程，这些为后面的优化奠定了基础。其次分析了物流系统仿真，特别是离散 型事件系统仿真的组成及基本步骤，并推荐了几款常见的物流系统仿真软件。接着又详 细介绍了 Flexsim 软件的产生及应用、功能与特点、组成要件与建模的基本步骤，然后 以锦程仓库为实例，结合最新的物流仿真软件 Flexsim 对仓储作业过程进行仿真，分析 了仓储的具体作业过程，设计出仓储作业的概念模型，然后建立了仓储作业过程的系统 仿真模型，设置模型的主要参数并仿真运行，最后通 过对 3D 模型的仿真结果分析，找 出了该系统作业过程的“瓶颈”所在，然后建立系统的优化目标与优化方法，多次仿真 运行新的模型，最终完成该仓储作业系统的优化。关键词：仓储作业，物流系统，仿真，优化，FlexsimABSTRACTThis paper describes the storage operating system and logist ics system simulation, combining logist ics simulation software-Flexsim, using three-dimensions to simulate the entire process of storage operating systems, and outputting the simulation results to find out bottlenecks and fina lly give optimization.This paper first ly introduces the funct ions of storage and its role in logist ics ma nagement, storage facilities and equipment and storage system processes, they la y foundations for the back of optimization. Secondly, analysis the logist ics system simulation, especia lly analysis the composition and basic steps of the discrete event system, and recommend severa l common logist ics system simulation soft wares. Then introduces the genera tion and applica tion, funct ions and character ist ics, composition and the basic steps of Flexsim, and then take a warehouse as an example, combining with the latest logist ics simula tion software-Flexsim to simulate process of warehouse operation, analysis specific operation process of the warehouse, design concept model of warehousing operations, and establish a warehouse operation process simula tion model, set the main parameters of the model and run it, fina lly analysis simula tion results of 3D model and find out the bottleneck ,therefore determine the optimization goal of the system and improvement of met hods and complete optimization of the storage system by further simulating the new moda l for ma ny times.Key words：Storage operation, Logist ics sy
