Directors’ Report The directors present their annual report and the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2000. CHANGE OF NAME Pursuant to a special resolution passed at the special general meeting held on July 17, 2000, the name of the Company was changed from Perfect Treasure Holdings Limited to Global China Technology Group Limited , which became Perfect effective on July 20, 2000. Treasure Holdings Limited Global China Technology Group Limited PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES The Company is an investment holding company. The activities of its subsidiaries and associates are set out in notes 36 and 37 to the financial statements, respectively. 36 37 All of the Group ’s turnover and loss before taxation are derived from the People ’s Republic of China, including Hong Kong and Macau. RESULTS The results of the Group for the year ended March 31, 2000 are set out in the consolidated income statement on page 27. 27 There was no payment of interim dividend to the shareholders
