西 南 交 通 大 学本科毕业论文城市群城际铁路线网规划评价方法研究THE EVALUATION OF THE INTERCITY RAILWAY NETWORK PLANNING IN THE CITY GROUP年 级学 号姓 名专 业指导老师2015 年 6 月 摘要城市群城际铁路线网的规划建设对加强城市间的经济和社会联系，促进城市群的发展有重要意义。线网规划评价的研究不仅是轨道交通规划的重要阶段和内容，也是促进城际铁路健康有序发展的重要工作之一。本文在分析城市群的类型、结构特征以及城际铁路线网与城市群的关系的基础上，根据线网规划目标，从路网结构形态、路网服务水平、路网投资建设可实施性以及城际铁路线网与城市群的经济适应性四个方面建立了城市群城际铁路线网规划评价指标体系；按定量指标与定性指标分类进行指标评价值的规范化处理，运用层次分析法和熵值法分别计算指标的主观和客观权重，并采用线性加权的方法计算指标的最终权重，采用灰色关联度分析进行规划方案的综合评价。论文以成渝城市群城际铁路线网的近期和远期规划方案为例，进行评价分析，得到的近期和远期规划方案综合评价值分别为0.567和0.643，说明线网的分阶段实施合理，随着建设时间的推移，线网越来越完善，对城市群的发展也将发挥越来越大的促进作用，从而也印证了本文评价方法的可行性。关键词：城市群；城际铁路规划；评价模型；灰色关联度分析AbstractThe planning and construction of intercity railway network in the city groups is of great significance to strengthen the economic and social relations among cities and promote the development of urban agglomeration. The research on the evaluation of the railway network planning is not only an important phase and content of the rail transportation planning, but also a vital part of promoting the healthy and orderly development of intercity railway.Based on the analysis of the type, characteristics and structure of city group, as well as the realationship between the intercity railway network and the urban agglomeration, the index system of the city agglomeration railway network planning evaluation is established on the aspects of the railway network structure, the service and the feasibility of investment and construction, as well as the level of harmony between the intercity railway network and the city group, according to the objectives of the railway network planning; the comprehensive evaluation of the planning scheme is complished by the means of standardizing the values of all the indicators according to the classification of the quantitative and qualitative index, computing the subject weight using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the objective weight the entropy method, as well as calculating the final weight in combination with the two weights by the
