九州职业技术学院教师职业倦怠问题与对策研究 摘要 近年来，职业技术院校教师队伍开始呈现出不稳定趋势，人员流失比较严重。职业技术院校教师作为高等学校从事学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量，他们始终与学生大学生活的各阶段息息相关，他们对学生影响最为深远，其地位和作用远非其他专业教师可比的。因此，职业技术院校教师的整体素质就显得尤为重要，对职业技术院校教师的职业倦怠问题进行探讨有着重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文首先从职业倦怠的理论入手，阐述职业倦怠是一种身体、情感和精神的枯竭状态，特征是身体的损耗和持续疲劳、无助感和绝望感、消极的自我概念以及对工作和生命的消极态度。其次列举了教师职业倦怠现象的表现形式以及国内外关于此现象的研究现状，仍然有许多需要完善:如有关职业倦怠的理论和模型仍然需要进一步的实证研究等。然后依据对九州地区职业技术院校教师职业倦怠的调查分析职业倦怠产生的原因。以此提出教师职业倦怠的研究应该从社会、高校和个人三个角度深入分析教师职业倦怠现象产生的原因，不仅关注社会环境、高校制度等外部因素的影响，而且也关注教师的个人成就感以及角色认同感等内部因素。最后，对高校教师职业倦怠产生的原因从社会的发展、高校管理方式以及调整和提高自身知识结构等角度进行了详细分析。 关键词:职业技术学院；教师；职业倦怠；对策 Abstract In recent years， teachers occupation technical college began to exhibit unstable trend， personnel erosion is more serious.
