Shij iazhuang Tiedao University，Shij iazhuang 050043，China） Abstract ：Based on the huge funding gap of in fr astructure and the char acter istics of large st ate-owned construction enterprises，the connotation and motivation of industry and finance’s combination are analyzed， cooperative type，equity-based type and mixed type combination model of industry and finance are discussed Lastly，corresponding recommendations are put forward to large state-owned construction enterprises，not only adj usting the organization struction，innovating the business mode，but also expanding enterprise influence， ensuring praduct quality，playing a synergistic effect.
