Zheng Yang-qian Abstract: With the?arrival of economical globalization and the continuous mature of our country’s market economy, each business enterprise not only have to face local competition, but also have to face the challenge abroad. Among the factors deciding the advantage of a enterprise, the knowledge worker is no doubt the most decisive one. There are a lot of enterprises have already been aware of this problem and beg to the talented person as being thirst, however,they still don’t pay attention to the encourage of talented. Therefore, how to encourage the knowledge worker effectively becomes a factor which decides a enterprise live on or not. Aiming at this problem, this text will first analyse the present condition, the problem existing and the reason of how the problem caused about the knowledge worker in the enterprise. Then analyse the demand of the knowledge worker and put forward the way of how to encourage the knowledge worker. Finally put forward the mode of how to encourage the knowledge worker effective on the basis of the mention above. Keyword: knowledge worker；salary；encourage 一、知识经济发展现状 （一）知识经济的出现 知识经济做为一个新的经济形态，己在世界各国出现萌芽，有的发达国家己进入知识经济社会。做为当今经济学的一个新概念，已被各国经济学家和各国领导者所承认，且研究对策如何发展各自本国的知识经济，这已是大势所趋。 资料表明，进入90年代，美国经济出现了持续的低通货膨胀和低失业率并存的增长，很多指标达到近几十年来最好水平。至今美国经济一直保持着持续健康的发展势头。经济增长快，各阶层收入大幅度提高。美国企业竞争力在不断提高，美元坚挺稳定。而在80年代，一些经济发达，号称亚洲四小龙的日本、韩国、新加坡等国，到了90年代，却频频出现金融危机、货币贬值、汇率下跌、失业增加，情况却截然不同。 为什么美国会出现这种新的经济现象呢？一些经济学家认为，美国所出现的这种新经济现象其本质就是知识经济，是知识生产率急剧增加的必然结果。因此，可以说，美国已从工业经济社会转入以知识为基础的知识经济社会。所以美国领先进入知识经济时期。 （二）知识经济发展现状 由于知识经济的兴起，许多发达国家都奋起效仿美国，积极发展本国的高新技术及其产业，鼓励企业走创新之路。这样以来，就使智力资本成了企业最重要的资源。从而引起知识的生产、传播和应用，日益成为一个国家、一个行业、一个公司竞争的决定因素。因此，各国都正在加紧运作，调整本国的经济发展思路，改革现有模式，尽快使经济重新振兴发展起来，尽快由工业经济向知识经济转轨，迎头赶上世界经济发展趋势，才不致处于被动受箝地位，甚至被世界经济挤出国际市场舞台。比如日本迅速调整本国的经济战略，将原来的“技术立国”改为“科技创新立国”；韩国研究了美国发展知识经济所带来的低膨胀，低失业率后，迅速调整经济思路，提出“头脑强国”的战略方案。综上所述，许多发达国家，经过金融风暴、经济危
