本科毕业设计 届） 保税物流运作中的金融服务创新研究 Financial Services Innovation Research based Bonded Logistics 所在学院 专业班级 工商管理 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月  【摘要】作为一个新的服务领域，物流金融超越了金融企业与物流企业之间单纯金融服务的联系模式，大大提高了二者的整体效率，对金融业、物流业及各类企业都产生了深刻的影响。合理利用保税物流平台为物流金融服务，不仅有效缓解了外向型企业的资金紧张问题，也为金融机构的风险控制难题提供了新的解决途径。现阶段全球化贸易蓬勃发展，其对最具现代物流代表性的保税物流平台的发展，赋予了新的任务和使命。本文借鉴国内外关于物流金融的相关理论研究和实践情况，从目前我国物流金融的现状出发，提出基于保税物流平台的物流金融构建的主要模式以及创新的主要途径。本文认为发展离岸金融和离岸贸易、开展期货保税交割业务、发展融资租赁业务是目前我国保税区发展物流金融业务的主要发展方向。 【关键词】保税；物流金融；模式创新 Financial Services Innovation Research based Bonded Logistics 【ABSTRACT】As a new service areas, logistics finance change the pure logistics business links between the simple mode of financial services, greatly improving the overall efficiency of these two subject. It profound impact of the logistics industry and all types of enterprises. Rational use of the logistics financial services bonded the logistics platform, not only effectively solve the problem of the shortage of funds for export-oriented enterprises, but also provides a new solution for financial institution to the risk-control problem.
