英文摘要 Currently, the way that people move out gradually tend to convenient taxi, so, a complete and stable taxi accounting device’s research and application become particularly urgent, it is the important segment to standard taxi industry and we will design a taxi accounting device system by EDA technology. The circuit system is divided into four major functional modules as: frequency divider/ measurement module, control module, charging module and decoding display dynamic scanning module in this paper, programming, compiler, simulation and modeling modularly, and then to integrate circuit, analysis and discussion the results.
