崇明区一模卷 (1)As is shown in the picture above, many middle-aged women are actively doing exercise and dancing. It’s a common phenomenon in reality. I often see a few neighbors taking exercise during the early morning in the small garden, which has already been popular among many people both old and young. What results in it? Well, a growing consciousness of keeping fit and healthy may account for its popularity. As the city beat of modern cities such as Shanghai and Beijing is more and more rapid, rarely do people have time to relax or even take a bit of exercise. However, more and more researches have shown that not having exercise may make a person more risky to having some great diseases and obesity. A better solution, considering these two situations, is taking exercise near the home, using only a few seconds. At last, it becomes a common phenomenon which we see now. From my perspective, this is pretty good because it saves time and money as well as making oneself healthier. It’s available for almost everyone who is willing to do. Furthermore, we can make some friends in such social activities, too. But the exercise is not perfect. I suggest people not throw rubbish and care for the evironment while taking exercise. Since it almost becomes a national activity, more sports facilities should be given by the government to support it. In one word, however busy we are, there’s nothing that can stop us finding methods to keep healthy. (2)As is shown in the picture, plenty of middle-aged ladies are dancing to make healthy. And in our society, the phenomenon becomes more and more popular. We can find it everywhere. Nowadays, not only ladies but also men participate in the outdoor activities. And dancing is a good choice. It’s generally believed that dancing is an entertainment item. Dancing can release our pressure. We will feel relax when we dance with music.
