蒲公英药材质量标准研究 李喜凤 1 2 1 1 1 ，郝哲 ，邱天宝 ，余云辉 ，杜云锋 (1.河南中医学院，郑州 450008 ；2. 中国人民解放军第一五三中心医院药械科， 郑州 450042) 摘要：目的 对中药材蒲公英的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物及有效成分等物质质量进行研究，建立蒲公英药 材的质量标准。方法 采用 TLC 对蒲公英中咖啡酸、绿原酸进行定性鉴别，应用 HPCE 对其有效成分进行含量测定，按 中国药典 2005 年版一部附录Ⅸ H 水分测定法中的烘干法、附录Ⅸ K 灰分测定法、附录 X A 浸出物测定法测定。结果 咖 啡酸、绿原酸分别在 0.009 8~0.078 1 mg·mL1 ，0.008 5~0.067 8 mg·mL1 内呈良好线性关系。蒲公英的水分含量不得 超过 10%，总灰分不得高于 20% ，酸不溶性灰分不得高于 10%，热浸法水溶性浸出物量不低于 25% ，冷浸法水溶性浸出 物量不低于 20% 。结论 此法简便、准确、能有效控制蒲公英药材的质量。 关键词：蒲公英；质量标准；薄层色谱法；高效毛细管电泳法 中图分类号：R285.2;R284.2 文献标志码：B 文章编号：1007-7693(2011)01-0054-04 基金项目：河南省科技厅重点科技攻关资助项目(062306100) 作者简介：李喜凤，女，教授，硕导 Tel: (0371E-mail: hzsunshine@126.com ·54 · Chin JMAP, 2011 January, Vol.28 No.1 中国现代应用药学2011 年 1 月第 28 卷第 1 期 Studies on the Quality Standard of Taraxacum Mongolicum Hand.-Mazz 1 2 1 1 1 LI Xifeng , HAO Zhe , QIU Tianbao , YU Yunhui , DU Yunfeng (1.Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhengzhou 450008, China; 2.The PLA 153 Central Hospital, Zhengzhou 450042, China) ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To set up the quality standards of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz through determination of the contents of water extracts, total ashes, ashes imdissolvable in acid, moisture and effective components in this herb. METHODS TLC was used for identification of caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid, and HPCE for content determination. These indexes were determined based on the procedures recorded in the Appendix IX H, IX K and X A of Ch.P(2005), for moisture, ashes and extracts determination respectively. RESULTS The calibration curve displayed good linear relationship within caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid, concentration range of 0.009 80.078 1 mg·mL1, 0.008 50.067 8 mg·mL1.
