AbstractWith the scale of development and the pace of company’s expansion, the Group Company has become to be an important part in promoting the development of economy. How to realize the effective management and control of the corporations urgent has become to a problem which must to be solved in the process of the enterprise groups development. As one of the important link of the group control (strategic, financial, human resources), human resource management and control plays an important role on human resource integration and the achievement of the whole value of group enterprise, which is the basic guarantee for the achievement of enterprises strategy. How to build the human resources management and control system become to be an important problems which must be considered for group enterprises managers.This paper tries to precede from the group control and human resource management theories, take the EIG group as the research object, discussed the specific implementation of human resource management and control. The paper includes five parts, firstly pointed out the significance and the research goal, carried on the analysis to the domestic and foreign of group company human resources management theory, laid out the research ideas and methods in this thesis; the second chapter is the theoretical of this paper, defined the content of basic concept, analysis the control mode selection factors and human resource management, the influence of group company human resources management and the value and cost of different control mode of the group company human resource management model; the third chapter carried on the questionnaire survey to the current control situation of EIG company from the human resource planning and recruitment, performance management, training and promotion, pointed out the problems in the process of human resources management; on this basis,chapter four studied the pattern optimization of EIG company ’ s human resourcesmanagement, c
