And with periphery and tour in country the evaluation of efficiency is made in big province.Thus find out gap and influence of existence my provincal tourism trade develop the cause of efficiency and scale.Finallyis comparing offered my provincal tourism trade to develop the scale on the foundation of analysis raise the suggestion of efficiency.Key words：tourism，scale of development，efficiency1 绪论1.1 研究背景旅游业是一种以提供服务为主的综合性社会经济活动，作为一个产业涉及了 交通运输邮政业、旅行社业、游览景区管理业、住宿餐饮业、批发零售业、娱乐 业、制造业等行业，具有高增值、高创汇、高就业和高带动效应的特点，是发展 前景广阔的朝阳产业和可持续发展产业。因此，旅游业的发展对于一个区域的社 会经济发展有着很重要的现实意义。我省旅游业经过二十多年的发展已具有了一定规模，初步形成了以峡谷、瀑 布、溶洞、温泉、湖泊及高山平原、崇山峻岭、独峰丘陵组成的喀斯特自然景观 和浓郁少数民族风情的人文景观相结合的具有一定规模、档次的旅游景点景区， 同时在“行、游、住、食、购、娱”等产业要素方面和各项基础设施、配套设施 的建设方面都取得了长足的进步，接待人数、旅游收入各项经济指标快速增长。 但是，我们也必须清醒地看到，我省旅游业不仅与国内旅游大省存在较大差距， 而且与周边省份也存在着不小的差距，表现在星级饭店、旅行社等旅游企业规模 偏小，旅游产品结构不合理，创汇能力不足，相关行业经济效率低，整体竞争力 不强等方面，与我省将旅游业培育成支柱产业的目标还相差很远。当前我省大力发展旅游业具备了以下条件。（1）国家实施产业结构调整，把旅游业确定为新的经济增长点，作为扩大内 需的重要措施，并逐步提高第三产业在国民经济中的比重，在产业定位、思想认 识、政策支持和吸引各方面注意
