AbstractBasedonthetheoryofspacepointfromthesametagpointsplicingtechnologycangethighprecisionfastsplicingthree-dimensionalpointclouddataintheprocessof3dscanningmeasurement.Forcurrenterrorofmulti-viewregistrationisrelativelylarge,registrationisnotstablebasedonmarkedpoint.3Dscanningmeasurementbasedonmarkersinsplicingerrorsystemisanalyzed,andit’sputforwardthecorrespondingmethodofcontrollingtheerrorhasimportanttheoreticalsignificanceandpracticalapplicationvalueinthefieldof3dscanningmeasurement.Firstly,theregistrationofmarkedpointprocessandkeytechnologyisanalyzedinbinocularvisionmeasurement.Thenthroughthetheoreticalanalysisandsimulationexperimentcoulddeterminetheintroductionofthemainstepsoferror,namelythemainstepsoferrorsourcesinthemarkedpointsextractionareaccuracyandcameracalibration.Secondly,inthetraditionaledgedetectionwasbasedonCannyoperatortorealizethemarkedpointsonthebasisoftheincreaseisimprovedbasedontheZernikemomentsub-pixeledgedetectiontogetmorepreciseedgepixelleveldata.Afterellipsefittingedgedata,removetheedgepointsoferrorellipsefittingagain,thenstraighttotheendoftherangeintheallowableerror.Ultimately,obtainaccuratemarkersincentercoordinates.Thirdly,spacepointcoordinatetransformationisusedtocalculatingthejoiningtogetherofmoreapparentmatrix.Soforthehighaccuracyrequirementofspacepoint,accordtotheprincipleofbinocularvisionrebuilding,determinedthereconstructionaccuracyiswithinandoutsidetheparametersofbinocularcameras.DistortforbinocularcameracalibrationparametersoptimizationandusingreverseprojectionresidualLMoptimizerforbinocularcameraasawhole,highcalibrationdata.Inordertomakethemarkpointreconstructionprecisionishigher,theprecisionandstabilityoftheoverallareascensiontogether.Finally,inordertoverifythefeasibilityandaccuracy,buildsbinocularvisionmeasurementsystemexperimentalplatform.Thoughnumericalsimulationandexperiments,makethefinalaccuracyis0.02mm.Keywords:binocularvision;markedpointsregistration;edgedetection;ellipsefitting;cameracalibration目录1绪论..................
