Researchonmobilethree-dimensionalscanningtechnologybasedonmarkedpoints AbstractInordertosolvetheproblemoffieldmeasurementofwork-piecesinlargesize, anewtechnologycalledmobilethree-dimensionalscanningbasedonmarkedpoints ispresentedinthispaper.Itisdividedintotwoparts:binocularstereoscopicvisional systemandstructuredlightsystem.Firstlyabinocularvisionmodelisstructured,and secondlytherelationshipbetweenthelightplanecoordinatesystemandthesensor coordinatesystemisdetermined.Becauseofthesensorcontinuallymoving,thedata inthesensorcoordinatesystemshouldbetransferredtoastandardcoordinatesystem, soanewwork-piececoordinatesystemisestablished.Afterthematchingofthe markedpoints,therelationshipbetweenthework-piececoordinatesystemandthe sensorcoordinatesystemisbuilt,andthenthelaserdatawhichhasgainedalreadyis transferredtothework-piececoordinatesystem.Experimentalresultsshowthatthe scanningmeasurementmethodisfeasible.Themainlyresearchcontentsofthisarticle havethefollowingseveralaspects:Theidentificationandextractionofthecircularmarkedpoint.Inordertomeasuremorelaserdatain1second,thespeedoftheimage processingisthefastthebetterundertheconditionoftheexposuretimeisgiven.At thesametimethepositioningprecisionofthemarkedpointshouldbeguaranteed.In theprocessofimageprocessing,theimageisscannedalongtherowandthenalong thecolumn.Afterthatthesub-pixeledgeofthemarkedpointis dealtintheinteresting regionandtheedgepointsareoptimized.Finallytheleastsquaremethodisusedtofit ellipse.Thecentercanbeobtainedquicklyandaccurately.Thebinocularmatching.Thethree-dimensionalspacecoordinateofthepointisobtainedbyusingthe methodofbinocularmatchinginthecourseofmeasuring.Epipolar-slopeconstraint methodisused.Howeverthismethodcannotensuretheaccuracywhenthepointsin animageareonthesameepipolarline.Thewrongmatchingpointwilloccur.Once thewrongpoint ismatched,thedataiswrongtoo.Sothebinocularmatchingis optimizedandrestrainedinthis paperinordertoimprovethematchingradio.Theestablishmentofthework-piececoordinatesystem.Becauseoft
