摘要我国制造业占据着国民经济的很大份额，但是技术创新能力一直偏低，引入 博弈论以提高制造企业的决策、风险承担和创新合作等能力、解决合作创新过程 中利益分配等问题，对于提高制造企业的技术创新水平具有重要的现实意义。首先，对技术创新和博弈论的国内外研究现状、技术创新的国内外发展现状 进行了分析，总结了博弈论在企业竞合关系、合作利益分配、技术创新演化等方 面的运用情况。其次，阐述了博弈论的基本要素、经典表达式和博弈模型的分类，分析了制 造企业的技术创新流程和特点以及制造企业的典型技术创新模式。然后，对我国近年来制造企业技术创新的投入和产出情况进行了分析，对比 国外的技术创新投入产出情况，总结了我国制造企业技术创新存在的一些问题， 研究了影响制造企业技术创新的内部和外部因素，在此基础上，提出了基于博弈 的制造企业技术创新模式的总体框架，进而构建了基于博弈的制造企业技术创新 的决策模式、风险补偿模式、合作模式和利益分配模式。再次，分别对制造企业技术创新决策模式、风险补偿模式、合作模式和利益 分配模式进行博弈分析，并设计了包括技术创新投入能力、技术创新决策模式运 行效果等五个方面的评价指标体系，运用模糊综合评价法和层次分析法相结合的 方式对潜在实施效果进行评估。最后，分别从制造企业、合作机构、政府和保障机构的视角提出了一系列政 策和措施建议，以推进制造企业技术创新模式的实施。关键词：博弈，制造企业，技术创新模式，模糊综合评价ABSTRACTThe manufacturing industry overall occupies a large share of the national economy， but its technology innovation ability in our country has been on the low side, so the introduction of game theory in order to improve the manufacturing enterprise organization, decision-making and cooperation ability, to solve the interests distribution problem in the innovation cooperation process has important practical significance to improve the level of technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises.Firstly, this paper analyze the research status at home and abroad about technology innovation and the game theory, study the development situation of technology innovation at home and abroad, and sums up the application situation of game theory in the enterprise competition and cooperation relations, profit distribution, technology innovation evolution, etc,.Secondly, this paper expounds the basic elements, classic expressions and classification of game model of game theory.
