动态市场环境下饭店人力资源柔性管理探讨*

摘 要:经过20 年的快速发展,中国饭店业面临的市场和行业环境日趋严峻,开始陷入了高风险和低效益并存
的困境。面对市场和行业的高竞争性和不确定性,饭店必须保持一定的战略柔性,尤其是人力资源的
柔性管理,才能灵活应对。文章对饭店经营过程中如何开展柔性人力资源管理进行了探讨,认为饭店
柔性人力资源管理应从四个方面着手,即构建柔性的员工系统、突出工作再设计和员工培训以增强职
能柔性、讲求数量柔性以减少饭店人力成本、构建柔性薪酬体系等。

On the Flexible Management of Hotel Human Resources in the Dynamic Market

Abstract: After 20 years ’rapid growth, the increasingly unfavorable market and environment for Chinas hotel industry
have put this industry in the dilemma of high risk and poor benefit. To solve this problem, hotel industry in
China should take flexible strategies, especially the flexible management of human resources to meet the
challenge of fierce competition and uncertainty. This paper offers advice on how to construct flexible human
resources in hotel operation, arguing that flexible management should construct from four aspects, that is,
constructing flexible staff system, highlighting the work of re- engineering and staff training to enhancing
functional flexibility, emphasizing on flexibility in order to reduce the number of hotel labor costs, and
constructing flexible pay system.
