摘要 随着科技水平的提高，功率集成电路发展迅速。功率集成电路（PIC）是指将高压功率器件与信号处理系统及外围驱动电路、接口电路、保护电路、检测电路等集成在同一芯片上的集成电路。音频功率放大电路是功率集成电路中的一个重要组成部分。而音频功率放大电路的设计也一直是集成电路中的一个热门课题，最简单的电路有时可以提供最佳性价比方案。虽然市场上已有众多新的低功率放大电路表现出向D类音频性能发展的趋势，但就低成本、低失真、低噪声及高性价比而言，AB类音频功率放大电路仍然最具有竞争力。 本论文设计的是基于模拟集成电路的八通道AB类音频功率放大电路，应用于车载音响系统。该电路采用了三级结构，分别设计了由单端输出差分放大电路组成的输入级、电压放大级以及互补对称推挽式功率输出级。辅助电路包括静音功能电路、保护电路和偏置电路等。电路内部采用BTL接法，BTL可以充分利用系统电压，因此BTL结构常应用于低电压系统或电池供电系统中Abstract With the technology level, Power Integrated Circuits (PIC) gets rapid development.
