AbstractInmodernanalysisscience,itisadistinguishedfeaturetoshowmolecularrecognitionfunctioninthesensitiveandeasytestingsignal.Furthermore,thechemicaltestingmethodbasedonfluorescencechangesofDonor/Acceptorhappenedtobewiththisjustcharacteristic.Forthisreason,thefluorescentchemicalsensorsbecomeahotspotofstudyingsynthesisandapplicationforrecentyears.Atpresent,thestudyoforganicsmallmoleculesasthecarriersoffluorescentchemicalsensorsisveryactive.Especially,itisthedesignandsynthesisofcolorimetricfluorescentsensorsandtheoneswithnovelbiocompatibilityorganicmoleculesascarriersthatcausedgreaterinterestoftheresearchers.Manyfluorescentchemicalsensorsmolecularscontainpyrrole,furanorthiophene.AccordingtoHückelRules,theaboveheterocycliccompoundsarearomaticones.Moreover,thiophenehasthehighestdensityofelectroncloudamongthethreecompounds,whichgivesituniqueopticalpropertiesandtheelectronictransmissionability.Becauseoftheadvantagesofhigherchemicalstabilityandsimplesynthesismethod,thiophenecompoundsarewidelyusedinvariousfields,suchasdrugdesign,dyechemistry,biologicaldiagnoses,electronicandphotonicdevices,self-assemblysupramolecularstructureandsensingdevices.Therefore,theybecomethefocusoftheresearchers.Sofar,therehavebeenmanythiophenederivativeswithsuperiorperformanceweresynthesized.Amongallkindsofthiophenederivatives,thieno[2,3-b]thiophene,whichbelongstopolycyclicaromatichydrocarbons,haslargeelectronicconjugatesystem.Hence,itmaybeagoodchoicetomakethemasthefluorophoreoffluorescencechemicalsensormoleculars.Inthispaper,wedesignedandsynthesizedsixnovelfluorescentprobemolecules,whichcontainedthieno[2,3-b]thiopheneasfluorophoreandchromophore.Listasfollows,sodium3,4-bis((benzo[d]thiazol-2-ylthio)methyl)thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylate,diethyl3,4-bis((2,3-dioxoindolin-1-yl)methyl)thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylate,diethyl3,4-bis((2-aminophenoxy)methyl)thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylate,sodium3,4-bis((quinolin-8-yloxy)methyl)thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylate,13,13-(2,5-b
