To solve problems of assessment aspect, an assessm entman- agement s stem for electrol tic alum inum cleaner production hasbeen put forw ard and built. The functional structure of assessment management s stem is consisted of four parts, including s stem managemen,t cleaner production assessment indexesmanagem ent, enterprise information management and cleaner production assessm entm anagement. The s stem is an effective tool for a plant to assess the cleaner production state and mi prove the development of cleaner production, , and for the government to carr outman- agement of enterprise cleaner production which can be used to check, modif and renovate the index information, assess cleaner production in factor asw ell.
