摘 要 本次设计课题为“锅炉给水蒸发系统”。 设计内容涉及Authouorware软件的简单介绍和制作课件的主要程序，“锅炉给水蒸发系统”的设计思路、方法、应用，以及系统的构成、作用及规范，以及在亲自设计当中发现的不足与改进方法。 机组风烟系统由烟气系统、一次风系统、二次风系统、密封风系统、冷却风系统组成。 炉膛中产生的烟气流过炉后烟井，通过烟道进入空预器烟气仓，在空预器中利用烟气余热使一、二次风得到预热，从空预器出来的烟气通过静电除尘器、引风机和脱硫装置排至烟囱。在空预器进口烟道上装有电动挡板。一次风用作输送、干燥煤粉，由一次风机从大气中抽吸而来，经过暖风器后分三路。第一路送入三分仓式空预器的一次风分隔仓，加热后通过热一次风道至磨煤机进口；第二路在进空预器前经过冷一次风道，在磨煤机进口前与热一次风相混合调温后用于输送干燥煤粉；第三路在进空预器前直接引至密封风机进口。 二次风的作用是强化燃烧和控制NOx生成量，从大气吸入的空气通过送风机进入空预器的二次风分隔仓，加热后经二次风道进入大风箱。冷却风来自大气，经过过滤器将空气净化后，再由火检冷却风机将风送至四角燃烧器中火焰的检测装置及点火油枪内进行冷却，以保证以上设备正常工作。 关键词： Authorware，电厂锅炉，锅炉给水蒸发系统，烟风系统，一次风系统，二次风系统 Abstract The design issues the boiler feed water evaporation.
