AbstractWiththedevelopmentofChineseregionaleconomycontinuousdevelopmentofcompetition,industrialparkwithitsadvantageofagglomerationeffect,marketcompetition,technologyinnovation,uniqueandbecomeaboosterforthedevelopmentofcountyeconomy.Asthedevelopmentofcountyeconomy,industrialparkbythegovernmentsatalllevelsattachgreatimportance,duetotheregionaldifference,localindustrialpark,thereisagreatdifferenceinthedevelopmentbackground,developmentstrategy,developmentgoals,howtomaketheschedulingofresources,integrationadvantages,cultivatetheparkfeatures,playareaadvantage,hasagreateffecttothedevelopmentofthecountytheeconomy.Basedontheabovebackground,thispaperselectstheJiujiangRedLakeIndustrialParkastheresearchobject,usingthesuccessofparkandthematureindustrialpark,throughanalysisofsuccessfulparkexperience,startingfromtheclustertheory,combinedwiththespecialgeographicalpositionofRedLakeIndustrialPark,positioning,developmentgoals,developmentstrategyinitsdevelopmentwereanalyzed,andtheuseofSWOTanalysismodeloftheRedLakeIndustrialParkwereanalyzed,seekdevelopmentcountermeasuresofRedLakeIndustrialPark,drawsthefollowingconclusion:sincetheindustrialparkandthesurroundingnaturalmountainandwaterareveryclose,sotheconstructionofeco-friendlyistheonlychoicePark,redLakeIndustrialParkinthefuturetransformationstrategydevelopmentmainlyfocusonnewmaterials,lightmanufacturing,equipmentmanufacturing,greenfood,machineryandelectronicsandhigh-techsixindustrialplanningandlayout,anddockingwiththewestofJiujiangport,portindustrialcity,theconstructionofgreenlowcarbon,convenienttraffic,integrated,facilitiesofthenewIndustrialPark,theprovincial-leveleconomicdevelopmentzone,JiangxiProvincealongtheYangtzeRiverindustrialbeltandChangnineindustrialeconomicbeltisanimportantcomponentpartof.Futuremanagementofthepark,toattractanumberofforward-looking,makefulluseoflocalresources,hightechnologycontent,highaddedvalue,littleenvironmentalpollutionoftheleadingindustry,andregarditasapillarindustrytoenhanceRiverPark,industryclusterdistric
