PBL教学法对护理本科专业课教育环境的影响 【摘要】目的探讨PBL教学法对护理本科专业课教育环境的影响,为护理本科专业课教育环境的设计和改革提供理论依据。方法 选择护理专业4年级本科生118人,2001级(54人,PBL组)采用PBL教学法,2002级(64人,传统组)采用传统教学法。课程结束后采用教育环境评估量表(DREEM)评价两组教育环境,闭卷考试成绩评价两组的教学效果。结果 PBL组DREEM总分为151.1±20.0,传统组为136.8±15.5,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.01);PBL组DREEM各下位量表评分显著高于传统组(P0.01,P0.05);且教学效果显著优于传统组(P0.01)。结论 PBL教学法能显著改善护理本科专业课教育环境,提高教学效果。 【关键词】 护理本科生 以问题为基础的学习 教育 护理 教育环境 Influence of PBL Instruction on the Educational Environment of Undergraduate Nursing Courses∥WANG Aiping, DAI Ying∥(Nursing Department, the first Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University, Shenyang 110001, China) Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of PBL teaching method on the educational environment of undergraduate nursing courses and to provide information for the design and innovation of the environment. Methods One hundred and eighteen undergraduate nursing students in their fourth year were included in the study, with the 2001grade students (n=54,PBL group) using problembased learning (PBL) and the 2002grade students (n=64, traditional group) using traditional teaching method. Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure (DREEM) was applied to evaluate the education environment and examination scores were adopted to evaluate the results of the teaching after the course ended. Results The total DREEM score of the PBL group was 151.1±20.0, and that of the traditional group was 136.8±15.5. The score of PBL group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group (P0.01), the scores of the subscales in PBL group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group (P0.01,P0.05). The teaching result of PBL group was better than that of the traditional group (P0.01). Conclusion The educational environment of undergraduate nursing courses and the teaching results can be significantly improved by applying PBL.
