Last but not least, I’d like to thank all my friends, especially my roommates, for their encouragement and support. On the Translation of Warning Signs in Tourist Sights Abstract Since our nation’s entrance of WTO, the domestic tourism market has been greatly improved, attracting more and more tourists from aboard. As a necessary method to convey information in scenery spots, the public signs play an increasing important role in improving the images of spots and cities. Public signs have vocative function which is
