摘要随着当今社会经济、环境的不断发展，多属性群决策方法在工程、经济、管理、电 磁环境评价等实际问题中的应用越来越广泛。多属性群决策是决策理论中一个重要研究 课题，其目的是对方案进行排序，从而帮助决策者进行决策。在实际生活中，考虑到客 观事物的复杂性以及人类思维的模糊性等因素影响，在决策的过程中，决策者经常使用 自然语言对备选方案进行评价。因此，把模糊集合应用到多属性群决策中，对模糊多属 性群决策的理论和方法进行相关研究，具有十分重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。目前模糊多属性群决策已经广泛地应用于我们的实际生活中，国内外学者对模糊多 属性群决策进行了广泛的研究，并得出了不少有意义的结论。在模糊环境下进行决策分 析，往往需要决策者对模糊集进行比较和排序。但是模糊集的排序不是通常意义下的线 性序关系，而是格结构下的偏序或者预序关系。预序关系下的最优解不唯一问题，会给 决策者带来一定不便。因此模糊集的排序理论是解决模糊多属性群决策问题的关键任务 之一。本文在预序关系下模糊多属性群决策的相关研究基础上，详细讨论了预序关系下的 模糊多属性群决策问题。针对这一类问题存在的不足，提出了相应的解决方法。具体研 究内容如下：1、介绍了模糊集以及模糊诱导有序加权平均算子的一些相关知识。详细讨论了预 序关系下的模糊多属性群决策问题，指出了这一类问题存在的不足。针对这类问题，给 出了一种基于等价关系的处理模糊多属性群决策的方法。首先讨论了模糊集间隶属度差的赋权值 S (PiPj ) 的代数性质，并给出了相应的证明。基于 S (PiPj ) 定义了模糊集上的等价关系，给出了模糊集合的一种排序策略。基于模糊集上的等价关系，提出了一种 改进的处理模糊多属性群决策的方法。最后给出实例论证其可行性。2、从概率论的角度讨论了模糊集排序的问题。首先，定义了模糊集的期望与 k 阶 偏差，详细证明了它的相关性质。其次，给出了一种新的模糊集排序策略以及一种处理 模糊多属性群决策问题的算法。最后用实例证明了该算法的有效性。关键词：模糊集；模糊多属性群决策；等价关系；OWA 算子；排序AbstractWith the continuous development of economic and environmental of current society,the multiple attribute decision-makings(MADM) method have been successfully applied in a multitude of fields, such as engineering,economics, management, electromagnetic environme- nt evaluation., etc. Multiple attributes decision-making (MADM) is an important research topic, which determines the ranking order of the alternatives to help decision-makers to make their decisions.
