AbstractWiththedevelopmentoffoundrytechniqueandaircraftindustrytheseyears,thepercentofcastingsinaero-engineproductionisincreasing.Roughandprocessingpartsrequirefilmradiographyinspectiontechnologyincastbladeprocessperiod.Theworkloadisverylarge,andinspectioncycleislong,andexpenditureisveryhigh,anditisverydifficultytostoragefilm.Computedradiographywithflexibleandreusablestoragephosphorbasedluminescenceimagingplateovercomesthelackofconventionalfilm-basedindustrialradiography.Computedradiographyisconsideredthebestmethodtoreplacefilmtocreatetheimageinmanyradiographicmethods.Thispaperfocusesontheprincipleforindustrialcomputedradiographytestingofcastingswhichmadenicked-basecastsupperalloyusingX-raysinaircraftindustry.Firstly,BasedonthetheoryofX-rayimagingprincipleanalyzestheprocessofCRimageproduction.StudiedthedecaylawofX-rayinsteelbyexperiment,andestablishthecurveabouttherelationbetweenradiography-attenuationandtubevolteandcurrent.Thisresearchpreparedforselectingexposureparameter.Secondly,basedontheduerrcomputedradiologysystem,researchthecharacterofimagingplatebyexperiment,whichcontainingbasicspatialresolution、energyandintensityresponseandsoon.Theresultshowedthatsomecharactersofimagingplatearedifferentfromfilm,somustestablishCRexposurecurvewhencarryourCRtesting.Thirdly,makingCRexposurecurveontheX-rayequipment,andanalyzingeffectoftubevolteandcurrenttoimagequality.Thisresearchprovideforselectingexposureparametersandpartsofinspectedobject.Finally,accordingtothestandardofCRtestingandCRexposurecurve,carryoutCRinspectononespecialbladeofaviationengine,andobtainsuitableexposureparameters.ComparedtheresultofCR-testingwiththeresultofconventionalradiography.TheresultshowedthatthetechnologyofCR-testinghasitsadvantagesuchashighresolutionandlittleradiationdosage,andimagequalitycouldbereachedrequirementifselectproperexposureparameters.TheresultsofthispaperresearchprovidetheoryandexperimentforapplicationofCR-testinginaero-engine.Keyword:Computedradiography,Imagingplate,Basicspatialresolut
