AssociationstudyonearlymyocardialdamageinacutecraniocerebralinjurypatientsAbstract:objective:ThisstudyistodeterminewhetherthereisanassociationbetweentheseverityofcraniocerebralinjuryandthedynamicchangesofserumcTnI,serumCK-MBandECGthroughobservingthechangesofserumcTnI,serumCK-MBandECGfollowingwithacutecraniocerebralinjury.Methods:136acutecraniocerebralinjurypatientsarediagnosedbyCTandenrolledintheNeurosurgerydepartmentofLuzhouMedicalCollegebetweenJanuary2011andSeptember2011.AllthepatientsareevaluatedwithGlasgowComaScalewithin24hoursaftertheirenrollmentandaredividedintothreegroupsaccordingtotheirGCSscores.Agroupof50cases(light，13points≤GCS≤15points)；Bgroupof44cases(medium，9points≤GCS≤12points)；Cgroupof42cases(heavy，3points≤GCS≤8points).FastingbloodsamplesareobtainedtodetecttheserumcTnI,serumCK-MBlevelsandtestingECGrespectivelyatthe1st,3rd,5th,7thand10thdayafterenrollmentandchoosing40casesofhealthypersonsascontrolgroup(Dgroup).TodeterminewhethertheincidenceofincreasedconcentrationsofserumcTnI,serumCK-MBandECGabnormalitiesshowasignificantdifferencebetweenvariablesgroups.Results:(1)TheaccumulativepositiverateofserumcTnIare1.20%forgroupA,5.00%forgroupB,40.48%forgroupC.Thedifferencesamongthreegroupsreachstatisticalsignificance(P0.05)andthetotalpositiverateofserumcTnIforgroupCissignificantlyhigherthangroupAandgroupB(p0.01),sothereisasignificantpositiveassociationbetweenthepositiverateofserumcTnIandtheseverityofheadinjury(P0.01);ThetotalpositiverateofserumCK-MBare0.80%forgroupA,4.09%forgroupB,31.43%forgroupC.Thedifferencesamongthreegroupsalsoachievestatisticalsignificant(P0.01)andthetotalpositiverateofserumCK-MBforgroupCissignificantlyhigherthangroupAandgroupB(p0.05),sothereisalsoasignificantpositiveassociationbetweenthepositiverateofserumCK-MBandtheseverityofheadinjury(P0.01)（2）ThecontentofserumcTnIandserumCK-MBforgroupBandgroupCincreasewiththeextensionoftimeofbraininjury,reachingapeakatthe5thdayandthendecrease.ThedifferencesofcontentofserumcTnIandserumCK-MBamongfourgroupsr
