摘要本文设计 Mg-9Li-0.2Zn-0.2Si 和 Mg-12Li-2Al-2Zn-0.8RE 两新型多元镁锂合 金，在研究两合金铸态组织结构和性能的基础上，进一步研究热挤压塑性变形 和热处理工艺对其组织与性能的影响，以期望通过塑性变形和热处理工艺提高 镁锂合金的力学性能。结果表明：Mg-9Li-0.2Zn-0.2Si 铸态合金主要由 β-Li、α-Mg 和多角状微相 Mg2Si 构成。Mg-12Li-2Al-2Zn-0.8RE 铸态合金中存在 β-Li、Al0.9Li34.3Mg64.5Zn0.3、 Al2Ce 和 AlCe 四相，其中 β-Li 为基体相。Mg-9Li-0.2Zn-0.2Si 合金经过热挤压 后，基体相 β- Li 发生动态再结晶，呈细等轴晶较均匀分布，α-Mg 沿挤压方向不 均匀拉长，铸态析出相在晶内和相界沿挤压方向分布；合金拉伸强度由铸态 94.4MPa 提高到 114.6MPa。Mg-12Li-2Al-2Zn-0.8RE 合金挤压后呈再结晶的细等 轴晶，铸态析出相在晶内晶界较均匀分布，同时挤压促进新相 MgZn 析出；挤 压后合金抗拉强度由铸态的 142.7MPa 提高到 178.1MPa。Mg-9Li-0.2Zn-0.2Si 在 370℃×6h 固溶+150℃×8 h 下，析出相弥散分布在 β 相基体中，合金硬度达到峰值；合金的最佳时效工艺为 150℃×8h。380℃固溶时， Mg-12Li-2Al-2Zn-0.8RE 挤压态存在相 AlCe 和 MgZn 几乎完全固溶，对应的合 金硬度最高。380℃×6h 固溶+150℃×16 h 时效下 AlCe 相重新析出，并新析出 Mg12Ce 相；时效 32h 时新析出 AlLi 相；随时效时间延长合金硬度呈先上升后降 低波动变化，16h 时效热处理后的合金硬度值达到峰值 71.2HBW。经挤压塑性 变形和 380℃×6h 固溶+150℃×16h 时效工艺处理，Mg-12Li-2Al-2Zn-0.8RE 合金 抗拉强度和延伸率分别达到 206.5Mpa、34.6%，分别比铸态提高了 45%、180%， 有着良好的综合力学性能。关键词：镁锂合金；挤压塑变；固溶时效；组织结构；力学性能IABSTRACTThis paper designs Mg-9Li-0.2Zn-0.2Si and Mg-12Li-2Al-2Zn-0.8RE two new multivariate Mg-Li alloys, basing on the study of microstructure and properties of these two cast alloy, the paper has a further study on the effect of hot extrusion and heat treatment on the microstructure and properties in order to improve the mechanical properties of Mg-Li alloy by plastic deformation and heat treatment process.The results showed that: Mg-9Li-0.2Zn-0.2Si cast alloy is mainly composed of β-Li, α-Mg and polygonal precipitates Mg2Si,Mg-12Li-2Al-2Zn-0.8RE cast alloy is mainly composed of β-Li, Al0.9Li34.3Mg64.5Zn0.3, Al2Ce and AlCe four phase where β-Li as the matrix phase. After hot extrusion, dynamic recrystallization occurs in the matrix phase β-Li in Mg-9Li-0.2Zn-0.2Si alloy and show as uniformly distributed fine equiaxed grains, α-Mg is unevenly stretched in the extrusion direction, and cast precipitation phases are distributed in the grain boundary phase in the extrusion direction.
