Methods: ① By means of self-made in vitro animal vertebral body model in different CT scans, analysis of different CT scans to measurement and the relationship of CT value and BMD value. The CT scan(200mAs,120kV) has the highest correlation coefficient of CT value and BMD value .② Using the highest correlation coefficient scanning conditions of CT value and BMD value in animal experiments, collected the subjects of different ages and genders for a total of 300 cases. Selected L1-3 vertebral cancellous bone as the measuring object, region of interest (ROI) in the vertebral body central cancellous bone area and avoid the bone cortex or vertebral vein. Adjusted the ROI size and shape, ROI area about 100mm2， depth about 7mm. Using SPSS 19.0 to analysis the differences and correlation between the vertebral bodies. With BMD values for the diagnosis of osteoporosis as the gold standard (BMD value is less than 80mg/cm3, diagnosis of osteoporosis; When the BMD value of 80~120mg/cm3, diagnosis of bone loss; When the BMD values greater than 120mg/cm3, diagnosis of normal bone mass), Using ROC curve area to conclusion CT values of the corresp
