AbstractNationalmid-and-longtermeducationreformanddevelopmentplanwasreleased,duetocommunityvigorouslypromoteeducation,thecommunity,eachkindofeducationelementsofconsultationlikemushroomgrowthappearance.Educationconsultingindustryincreasinglycompetitive,JAeducationconsultingfirmincreasingchallengesfacingthedevelopment.therefore,Howtocarryontheappropriatestrategiclocalizationinthekeencompetitionenvironment,toeducatestheconsultationenterprisethesurvivalandthedevelopmentisveryimportanttotheoryandthepracticalsignificance.Inthispaper,thetheoreticalliteraturerelatedtostrategicmanagementresearch,combinedwithChinaseducationaldevelopmentandtheconsultingindustrysproblems,educationandconsultingfirmofJAwithinthecompetitivestrengthsandweaknesses,externalopportunitiesandthreatsin-depthresearchandanalysis.Atthesametime,usingSWOTanalysismethodstodisplaytheirstrengths,toseizethestrategicchoiceofpolicyandmarketopportunity,madeacustomerfirst,integration,diversification,branddevelopmentgrowth-orientedstrategicsystems.Finally,indeterminingthegrowth-orienteddevelopmentstrategy,baseonthatproposedclearmainbusinesslocation,theestablishmentofprofessionalserviceteam,newideasforoperatingcostadvantagestrategyimplementationmeasuretoensurethatthefinalselectionofgrowth-orienteddevelopmentstrategyeffectiveimplementation.ThispaperaimstostudytheimpactofthedevelopmenttrendofChinesehighereducationconsultingandtraining,todevelopJAeducationdevelopmentstrategyconsultingfirm.Thisstudyaimstoidentifythecompanysstrategicpositioning,todeveloppracticalimplementationstrategiestoeffectivelyguidethecompanysnextstageofdevelopmenttheultimategoal.Keywords:educationconsulting，developmentstrategy，SWOTanalysis，strategyimplementation目录摘要...............................................................................................................IAbstract...........................................................................................................II1绪论1.1研究背景及其意义................................................
