摘要利用投入产出表空间结构分解模型构建出适合于中国区域间投入产出表的分解模型，将2002年到2007年的8大区域共136个行业的增加值增长分解为技术、区域贸易以及偏好等结构性因素的影响和最终需求影响两大部分。实证结果表明：结构性因素对各区域各产业之间的差异产生了重大影响。在区域层面，区域贸易结构的变动是差异产生的主要原因；在产业层面，差异产生的主要原因则是技术结构的变动；在分区域分产业的情况下，区域贸易结构和增加值率的变动是差异产生的主要原因。不同的结构性因素对区域产业的影响不尽相同。增加值率对大部分区域产业的增长产生了较大负面影响；区域间贸易的发展造成了区域产业的分化，使其呈现出分工合作的状态；技术进步对大部分区域产业的增长有促进作用；而偏好的转变则提高了第三产业的发展速度，并对区域内产业的比重产生了重大影响。建议政府从完善国内统一市场，发挥市场资源配置的主体作用，完善对地方政府的激励与监督制度，积极引导服务业发展等方面改善我国经济不合理之处，加快经济发展。关键词：区域产业；结构性因素；空间结构分解模型；投入产出IIAbstractBasedonthespatialstructuraldecompositionmodel,thispaperbuildssuitablemodelforChina’sinter-regionalinput-outputtablecompiledbyStateInformationCenter.The136industries’addedvalueof8regionsfrom2002to2007canbedecomposedintotwopartsbythemodel.Oneischangeofstructuralfactorscausedbytechnology,regionaltrade,andpreference.Theotherisfinaldemandchange.Theempiricalresultshowsthatchangesofstructuralfactorshaveasignificantimpactonthedifferencesofgrowthbetweentheregionsandindustries.Atregionallevel,themainreasonofresultingdifferenceistrade;Atindustriallevel,itistechnology；Inthecaseofsub-regionssub-industries，theyareregionaltradeandvarianceofvalue-addedcoefficient.Effectofdifferentstructuralfactorsonregionalindustryisdifferent.Value-addedcoefficienthadagreaternegativeimpactongrowthinmostareasofindustry;Developmentoftraderesultinginadifferentiationbetweenregionalindustryarea,itpresentsthestateofdivisionofindustrial;Technologicaladvanceshavearoleinpromotingindustrygrowthinmostregions;Changingofpreferencesimprovethepaceofdevelopmentofthetertiaryindustry,andhasasignificantimpactontheproportionoftheregionalindustry.Inaddition,accordingtotheresearchresults,thispaperrecommendperfectingunifieddomesticmarket,playingthemainroleofmarketinallocationofresources,improvingincentivesandsupervisionsystemforlocalgovernments,activelyguidingthedevelopmentofserviceindustrytoimprovetheirrationalaspectsofChinaseconomyandaccelerateeconomicdevelopment.Keywords:RegionalIndustry;StructuralFactors;SpatialStructuralDecompositionModel;Input-Output
