中文摘要历史地段作为不可再牛的城市资源，必须进行有效的保护。同时，历史地段 作为城市中具有活力的动态有机体，不仅需要保护，也需要更新，更需要发展。 在我国近代，天津市作为当时众多租界城市中的一个典型代表，其丰富多彩的租 界建筑构成了租界区特有的城市肌理和空间结构体系。时至今日，大量留存的历 史风貌建筑和保存完整的历史风貌建筑区仍具有很高的历史价值、经济价值、艺 术价值、科学价值和文化价值。多年来，各个学科领域以天津市历史风貌建筑和 历史风貌建筑区为研究对象的著作和论述层出不穷，形成了丰硕的成果。本文选 取了天津市具有显著代表性、历史风貌建筑非常集中的“五大道”历史风貌建筑 区，探讨引入数学模型来量化表达历史风貌建筑区的控制指标体系，并以虚拟现 实技术为平台来实现，共分五个章节——第一章介绍了本文的研究背景、研究内容、基本理论、研究方法、研究框架、 现实意义等，并对历史风貌建筑(区)、控制指标体系、数学模型等基本概念进 行释义。第二章阐述了虚拟现实技术在城市规划领域的应用趋向，探讨了构建虚拟历 史风貌建筑区的可行性与实现所需的关键环节。第三章在研究国内外对历史地段控制指标体系的研究内容与控制方法的基 础上，通过对比总结指出了其对指导性指标控制的薄弱环节，提出适宜天津市历 史风貌建筑区的控制指标体系应具有更为全面且量化表达的特征。第四章回顾了“五大道”历史风貌建筑区的发展历程，并选取有代表性的地 块运用数学方法进行统计和运算推导，提出了关于建筑体量、建筑色彩、建筑密 度、容积率等指标的量化表达式。第五章以前文得到的数学模型为基础，建立相应的历史风貌建筑区内关于非 历史风貌建筑历史环境相容性的评价体系，并借助虚拟现实技术为平台，探讨历 史风貌建筑区的更新方案。在我们坚持历史地段“原真性”原则的同时，应注意控制指标体系也应具有 其“原真性”，运用数学方法总结其规律性是有效的研究途径，并可以通过虚拟 现实技术加以实现。最终的理想状态是构建一套集设计方案的模拟与研讨、规划 管理以及全景演示的综合系统。关键词：历史地段控制指标体系原真性虚拟现实数学模型五大道AbstractHistorical site， as the c i ty resource which cannOt be regenerated， must be effectively protected． Tianj in’ s numerous concess ion— architectures establish a special city texture and special structure svstem． This article selects The Five Major Road historical architecture site as toDic to study the regulatory indicators’ system by using mathematic model． It also needs to be realized by Virtual realitytechn0109y， including fiVe chapters：ChaDter one introduces the study background， content， basic theory， method， structure， and practical meaning of this article． It also explains the basic concept．Chapter two explains the applied trend of Virtual reality techn0109yin the city planning field， and discusses the possibility and key pointsabout creating virtual reality historical architecture region．ChaDter three introduces the regulatory indicators’system and thecontr01 1 ing method．ChaDter four reviews The Five Major Road hi§torical．architecture site development process， and usesⅢathematic model to proVide the math exDression about architectural feature， color， and so on．ChaDter five
