industries and that LP has all-pervading meaning to some other kind of enterprises.With the refrigerator industry as the research background, KELON Refrigerator Factory One (KRFO) as the research object，based on LP fundamental theory，firstly, this paper focuses on analyzing the currentconditions and problems existed in the organizational pattern of assembly line，ways of purchasing materials，storage and spot management in KRFO，then discussing the adaptability and feasibility of LP managementby means of comparing the production organizing，purchase，storage and spot management before and after LP management was adopted，finally putting forward efficient methods of purchase, as well as the controlling model of storage optimization which have been proved effective and feasible.
